Please bring the insurance/materials fee indicated to give to your instructor at the first meeting. Also, please provide proof that your dog's Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella vaccinations are current (as well as Rabies, if your dog is 5 months or older). Please pre-register so that we can notify you in advance if there is a change or cancellation.
