Can the whole family help with training at home?
Involving everyone in training is a "must" for many training goals and behavior problem solutions.
On the other hand, it is often most effective to designate one primary handler who introduces new obedience commands and practices them until a certain degree of reliability is reached. At that point, other family members who know how to give the commands and follow through may step in and help with training.
It really depends on your family's schedule and training goals, the ages of family members and their ability to handle your dog, and your dog's need for consistency in training.
